I am reposting this because I only got one half answer in the law category so Ill ask here.

My mom and dad are divorced. My mom is a psychotic freak and my sister cant stand her (By psychotic she is an ex methaddict thats now on xanex and Prozac and seraquil. Anyway I live in Cali and she lives In Oklahoma. She wants to move in with me (I live on my own married with a daughter, Im 20, she is 15) I know here in CALI, she could move in with me legally as long as I am related to her if she is 14 or older, but I dont know the oklahoma laws.

My mom is very… Malicious. In the divorce I was 2-7 (It took 5 years) She breastfed me till I was four so she could say that my dad couldnt have custody because I was dependant on her until the jusge courtordered her to stop drugtesting, and as a child she’d say “You have to leave your dad and live with me or youlll never see your sisters again” and “Your wrong, your dad just brainwashed you, its all a lie” and I have recordings of her cussing me out on the phone at 7 yrs old. Plus shes gotten worse since then. She uses my sisters to get welfare benefits and to try to make herself look like a victim to get pity because shes bipolar, histrionic, munchalsm, narccisistic, paranoid. and a drug abbuser who also abuses the psych meds
